Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support CNS and Cardiovascular studies in a sponsor-facing environment. This full-time role requires regional travel and can be located anywhere in the United States.

You will monitor Phase II–III trials, perform site initiation, routine monitoring, SDR/SDV/CRF reviews, and build strong site partnerships to drive enrollment and protocol adherence, with regular updates to sponsors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CRA experience with CNS and/or cardiovascular trials.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and trial operations.
• Experience with site oversight, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ability to conduct site initiation, interim monitoring, and closeouts.
• Excellent sponsor-facing communication and collaboration with biotech/pharma clients.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor Phase II–III CNS and Cardiovascular trials to ensure compliance.
• Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits.
• Perform SDR, SDV, and CRF reviews to ensure data quality.
• Build strong partnerships with investigative sites to support enrollment.
• Collaborate with sponsors, study teams, and site personnel with regular updates.
