Job summary

Housing Works Inc. Alternatives to Incarceration (ATI) program seeks a Senior Court Liaison to lead court-related activities and supervise staff. You will manage screenings, advocate for clients, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service plan alignment.

The role requires 2–4 years in human services with justice-involved clients, a Bachelor's degree, court-clearance ability, and bilingual Spanish skills. Travel across NYC boroughs and onsite supervision are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s preferred in related fields.
• 2–4 years of human services experience with criminal justice clients.
• Ability to obtain court clearance and work across court settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with defense attorneys, prosecutors, judges and court officials.
• Maintain a caseload of defendants in ATI, meet intake and assessment goals.
• Attend hearings, assist with reporting, and supervise ATI Court Liaisons.
• Train new staff and provide onsite supervision, ensure timely reporting.
• Travel within boroughs and work from multiple Housing Works locations.
