Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation training and education to associates within the office.
• Prosecute and defend suits on behalf of the County before the courts and administrative tribunals of Missouri and federal courts.
• Prosecute and defend on behalf of the County all civil appeals to appellate courts; draft briefs and argue before the court.
