Qualifications

• Education requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Eight years general experience.
• Expert knowledge of and not less than five years' experience with the Department of State.
• Knowledge of NSPM frameworks and interagency processes.
• Strong organization, notetaking, and policy drafting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CT preparedness program development, staffing, and implementation.
• Prepare background materials, briefing materials, agendas, and summaries for interagency discussions.
• Coordinate interagency and foreign engagements, travel arrangements, and event planning.
• Provide program management support including monthly status reports and documentation.
