Job summary

Radiance Technologies, a Dayton-area employee-owned company, is seeking a seasoned analyst to join our counterspace team at NSIC. The role provides mission-critical analytic support to the warfighter and national/joint customers, delivering all-source intelligence on foreign counterspace control systems and related technologies.

The successful candidate will blend multi-INT analysis with a technical understanding of ground-based architecture, delivering analysis and production on adversary space

Qualifications

Self-motivated and able to work in team or individually.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Knowledge of analytical tradecraft processes, databases, and tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong technical writing aligned with ICD 203/206 standards.

Responsibilities

Provide all-source intelligence on foreign counterspace systems and technologies.
Blend multi-INT analysis with technical ground-based architecture context.
Produce information discovery, analysis, and production for adverse space threat system characteristics.
