Radiance Technologies, Inc. in Beavercreek, OH, is seeking a seasoned C4ISR Analyst to provide mission-critical analytic support to the warfighter and national clients. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive analysis on foreign space and counterspace organizations and must possess a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

This position requires a BS Degree and 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Additional skills include excellent communication and technical writing abilities, as well as proficiency in analytical tradecraft processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in all-source intelligence analysis on foreign space systems.
• Experience in developing improved intelligence analytic methodologies is essential.
• Must have experience in briefing decision makers on findings.
• Experience in writing analytic reports is necessary.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all-source analysis on foreign space and counterspace organizations.
• Blend all-source analysis with technical understanding of telecommunications architecture.
• Perform information discovery, compilation, analysis, and production on adversary C4ISR characteristics.
• Offer analytic tradecraft mentorship as needed.
