Job summary

The Ascendancy Group seeks a Counterintelligence Analyst in Pensacola, FL, to identify and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting U.S. persons, activities, and interests, with a focus on emerging technologies and DoW authorities.

Qualified candidates have a TS/SCI clearance, a minimum of 12 years of related experience, and a Master’s degree in a related field. This is a full-time position requiring in-residence work and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience, with some within the last 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Graduate of Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis or equivalent.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to lead or guide teams on critical problems.
• Knowledge of IC/DoW classification guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting U.S. persons, activities, and interests.
• Assess threats from emerging technologies to U.S. operations.
• Develop CI strategies and present programs of instruction for HUMINT/technical intelligence operations.
• Collaborate with IC partners on information sharing and collection driving.
• Lead or guide teams researching multifaceted or critical problems.
