Job summary

The Ascendancy Group is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst to identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts affecting U.S. persons, activities, and interests.

The role requires extensive CI knowledge, ability to analyze emerging tech threats, and the ability to develop CI strategies and training programs. Employment type is full time; contingent upon contract award, with a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the labor category, with some within the last 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Graduate of an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CI labor category activities to meet mission requirements.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative methodologies used in this field.
• Ability to define new approaches that support rigorous assessments and high-level tasks.
• Ability to review products for sound arguments and credible support.

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting U.S. persons, activities, and interests.
• Assess threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
• Apply knowledge of foreign intelligence capabilities and US/partner CI capabilities to in-depth research and all-source CI studies.
• Contribute to developing CI strategies.
• Develop and present programs of instruction on collection operations for HUMINT and technical intelligence operations under DoW authorities.
