Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Senior Counter-Intelligence Analyst to advise on operational risk for SOF, HUMINT, and supply chain operations. The role involves analyzing all-source data, profiling threats, and guiding risk mitigation across procurement and programs.

The analyst will produce actionable intelligence, brief senior leaders, and work with IC partners to strengthen CI posture and oversight. A TS/SCI clearance is required with potential poly, and HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL is the location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in counter-intelligence with at least 10 years since 2015 at O-6 or higher level.
• Experience producing IC-coordinated all-source intelligence products.
• Leadership of analytic teams and providing strategic-level intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Operational Risk Management advisement for SOF, HUMINT, and supply chain operations.
• Analyze FIE TTPs and assess risks to supply chains and procurement.
• Develop SCRAs for technologies, acquisitions, or programs detailing threats and risk posture.
• Write intelligence products (reports, alerts, briefings) on supply chain threats and adversary capabilities.
• Brief senior leaders, acquisition professionals, and engineers on CI risks to systems and programs.
• Collaborate with legal, contracting, and IC partners to enhance CI posture and screening.
