Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Counterintelligence Analyst to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities

1. Provide timely, relevant advice to improve the CI posture, ensure compliance, and document/report CI indicators or concerns.
2. Coordinate and support cross-community meetings, assimilate large information volumes, de-conflict data, and produce reports.
3. Research, develop, and deliver multi-media, written reports, and CI products at operational and strategic levels using multiple tools; participate in reviews and respond with corrective measures.
4. Manage source data within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System, participate in Asset Validation Panels, and review active assets.
5. Develop all-source association matrices on individuals of CI interest.
6. Maintain familiarity with signature reduction standards, assist in determining appropriate techniques, and ensure standards are met before application.

Required Qualifications/Skills

1. Master’s degree or higher.
2. At least 12 years of experience in counterintelligence operations within relevant agencies or military units.
3. 8+ years of operational analysis experience, with 5+ years in managerial roles supporting special operations or overseas tours with SOF or SMUs.
4. Expertise in HUMINT Operations Cycle, Asset Risk Assessment, Operational Risk Management, Patterns of Life, and related areas like SIGINT Targeting and Human Factors Analysis.
5. Deep understanding of CI theory, doctrine, laws, regulations, and systems.
6. Security Clearance: Top-Secret with SCI eligibility.
