Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. seeks a Lead Counselor for Gambling Services to provide counseling to adults and children and to supervise a team of clinicians across SH locations.

You will coordinate training, ensure compliance with Medicaid and professional standards, and participate in grant-funded treatment initiatives while engaging schools, jails, and community organizations to broaden outreach and impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Valid LISW-S, LPCC-S, LIMFT-S or LICDC-CS license in Ohio required.
• Ohio driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Gambling treatment experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy for adults and children.
• Supervise and consult with BH staff; coordinate with BH Manager.
• Lead training, supervision, and competency development for gambling services.
• Maintain clinical documentation meeting Medicaid and professional standards.
• Engage in community outreach and partnerships to expand prevention efforts.
• Deliver telehealth services when required and manage referrals within grant constraints.
