Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced attorney with strong litigation skills to join our Irvine, California team. The role focuses on general liability, product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury matters, with collaboration alongside the Aviation practice group.

The successful candidate will handle a busy caseload, conduct legal research, take and defend depositions, draft pleadings, and participate in hearings and mediation/trial preparations.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Admission to the bar in Nevada.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of litigation.
• Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
• Effective oral advocacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.

Responsibilities
