Job summary

Raymond James seeks a Senior Counsel to support GreensLedge Capital Markets in transactional and regulatory matters related to structured credit and securitized products. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and advising across investment banking and capital markets engagements.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day matters, escalate significant issues, and partner with Compliance, Risk, and outside counsel to enable practical, commercially oriented solutions.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
• 6+ years of transactional legal experience in capital markets or related fields.
• Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, engagement letters, and other agreements.
• Familiarity with structured products and securitization transactions.
• Preferably experience at a major law firm or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal coverage for GreensLedge Capital Markets' activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of agreements including NDAs and engagement letters.
• Advise on structured credit transactions and capital markets arrangements.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Risk on regulatory matters.
• Manage external counsel on transactions and regulatory projects.
• Partner with business professionals to deliver practical legal advice.
