Position Overview:
The Senior Counsel role is fully remote and reports to the Chief Legal Officer (OCLO). The role involves supporting insurance regulatory matters and transactions related to financial insurance and risk transfer solutions within Nationwide’s Specialty Finance department. Candidates should have extensive experience with financial insurance regulation (e.g., credit, surety, financial guaranty, residual value) and supporting complex transactions, including cross-border insurance and reinsurance. Experience with securitization and structured financing is a plus but not mandatory.

Summary:
