• Expertise in corporate governance, securities law, finance functions, and SEC reporting.
• Trusted advisor to C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Fortune 500 or Big Law background preferred.
• Degree or certification in finance or accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce governance policies and charters to align with SEC requirements and stock-exchange standards.
• Assist board and committee meetings with agendas and materials.
• Maintain corporate records for domestic and international entities.
• Support Executive Compensation matters including plans and disclosures.
• Partner with ERM to integrate risk insights into SEC filings and governance.
