Qualifications

• J.D. or educational equivalent required.
• Admission to practice law and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Three or more years of legal practice in consumer banking/financial services regulation or litigation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting CCB.
• Draft clear summaries of developments and their impacts.
• Partner with Legal and control functions on regulatory and change management matters.
• Design, implement, and enhance legal/regulatory change management processes.
• Assess and leverage emerging technology for process improvement.
• Develop and refine AI prompts and inputs to support legal research.
• Respond to regulator, audit, and compliance inquiries.
• Support special research projects as needed.
• Collaborate within the team and across departments.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and proactively solve problems.
• Multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
