Marsh in Boston, within the Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs team, seeks a senior attorney to oversee private funds transactions and related structuring.

You will advise Investments and Operations on terms for hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and other private funds, manage external counsel, and lead negotiations.

The role supports Mercer’s global private funds and SMAs; hybrid work with three office days weekly; base salary is disclosed with potential incentives.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years advising on private funds (open-end and closed-end).
• J.D. from a US accredited law school and license to practice in good standing in at least one state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert counsel on terms governing fund investments across Alternative asset classes and investment types.
• Manage external counsel for due diligence and negotiating transactional documents.
• Lead negotiations on complex private markets deals involving Mercer’s private funds and SMAs.
