Job summary

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of litigation experience across law firm, government, or corporate settings.
• Substantial experience handling privacy, cybersecurity, data breach, or tech-related litigation.
• Experience conducting or directing investigations involving data privacy, cybersecurity, or technology issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct privacy and cybersecurity litigation, including class actions and multi-plaintiff matters.
• Lead investigations involving data incidents, privacy complaints, and regulatory inquiries.
• Support complex commercial, corporate, and IP litigation aligned with business goals.
• Advise senior leadership on litigation risk, exposure, and strategic implications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to drive litigation strategy.
