This attorney will lead complex transactions and support manufacturing, operations, and supply aspects of M&A and business development deals.

Qualifications

• JD (or equivalent) and admission in good standing to at least one U.S. state bar; in-house NJ eligibility.
• 10+ years of legal experience in pharma or life sciences, including manufacturing.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements for product manufacturing and supply.
• Ability to influence senior executives with sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• Pragmatic, inclusive, and ethical with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a legal advisor to Pharma and Biologics Operations across the global manufacturing network.
• Provide transactional and comprehensive legal support for manufacturing operations and business development matters.
• Lead drafting and negotiation of highly complex transactions (CMO, manufacturing & supply, collaboration agreements).
• Support M&A and business development transactions, including due diligence and integration.
• Anticipate legal issues and deliver clear, actionable advice for senior leaders.
