Job summary

American Health Law Association seeks a senior attorney to supervise the team of in-house attorneys and outside counsel handling legal matters arising from direct patient care.

You will oversee issues including patient consent, environment of care, professional scope of practice, reporting and peer review, Medicare/Medicaid Conditions of Participation, patient safety and quality of care, and related risk management. The position reports to the Chief Legal Officer.
