Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant in-house or law firm experience.
• JD and bar admission in Ohio or eligible to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation and pre-litigation matters, manage outside counsel, and develop strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to investigate claims, preserve evidence, and support dispute resolution.
• Lead eDiscovery, preservation, collection, and review processes, plus technology relationships.
• Analyze litigation spend, track trends, and provide data-driven risk insights to leadership.
