Job summary

Certara is seeking a Lead US legal commercial contracting professional to own negotiations for biosimulation software, data, and services. You will draft, review, and negotiate master service agreements and data licenses, aligning contracts with regulatory and business needs within a corporate in-house setting.

You will develop scalable contracting playbooks, guide junior attorneys, and collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to enable compliant, efficient transactions across life

Qualifications

• JD with active U.S. legal license.
• 5+ years in law firms and in-house, supporting life sciences or tech commercial contracts.
• Strong background in MSAs, SaaS licenses, and privacy/data terms.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR preferred.
• Able to work independently and advise senior stakeholders.
