Job summary

Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property to lead the global IP strategy, guiding leadership on IP risks, licensing, and commercialization opportunities.

You will manage patent and trademark filings, prosecution, and portfolio management, while overseeing IP-related litigation and enforcement actions. The role involves drafting and negotiating IP agreements, ensuring compliance with international IP laws, and collaborating with R&D, product, and marketing

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of intellectual property-focused legal experience, including patent and trademark prosecution.
  • Experience structuring and leading negotiations of IP transactions across tech areas (physical goods and software).
  • Admission to a US state bar and US Patent Bar; combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred.

Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property Are you a strategic legal expert passionate about protecting innovation and shaping IP strategy across global teams?
