Job summary

Specialized in Morgan Hill, CA seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and assist the broader organization. You will manage global calendar across time zones, triage emails, prepare presentations, create meeting agendas, and document notes with action items.

You'll handle domestic and international travel bookings, Concur expense reconciliation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide, while maintaining confidentiality and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of administrative support with a C-level executive is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Concur, Workday and Artificial Intelligence applications and tools.
• Extensive experience in booking domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the Founder’s global calendar across time zones.
• E-mail triage for the Founder, tracking outstanding action items.
• Prepare presentation collateral for team meetings; create agendas and notes; follow up on action items.
• Book domestic and international travel; Concur expense reconciliation and report approvals.
• Coordinate effective communications with cross-functional teams around the globe; support other teams as needed.
