Qualifications

• JD and admission to a U.S. state bar; in-house qualification in New Jersey.
• 8+ years of legal experience across law firm, in-house, and/or government roles.
• Experience in human rights, customs, international trade, sanctions, or supply chain matters preferred.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and manage large, global organizations.
• Excellent judgment and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a legal advisor to the Global Supply Chain organization.
• Serve as a legal advisor on global trade matters, including tariffs, sanctions, and import/export compliance; develop mitigation strategies.
• Advise on human rights due diligence related to forced labor, responsible sourcing and supply chain transparency.
• Monitor evolving global trade regulations and advise senior leadership on risk and opportunities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex supply, logistics, and warehousing agreements.
• Advise on supply disruption, business continuity, and crisis response for the global network.
• Collaborate with Law & Policy to deliver enterprise‑aligned legal support to GSC.
