Qualifications

• J.D. Law degree and state bar admission required.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience at a major firm or in-house.
• Experience in life sciences/healthcare/pharma preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating life sciences agreements preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and manage critical legal issues across Global Business Development.
• Lead drafting and negotiating strategic agreements (R&D collaborations, licenses, M&A, equity investments).
• Coordinate with Business Development, Global R&D, and external counsel to execute transactions.
