ADP is hiring a Sr. Counsel, Global Contracts to lead complex commercial transactions for ADP’s Global Contracts Team.

The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple business units and advise senior stakeholders on contract strategy, risk and mitigation, while negotiating client, strategic and vendor agreements. Based in Alpharetta, GA, Miami, FL or Roseland, NJ, this high-visibility role requires strong business judgment, top-tier negotiation skills and the ability to operate under

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience in contract negotiation, outsourcing and technology transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and close a wide variety of complex outsourcing and technology contracts with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and leadership to reach successful contract outcomes.
• Advise on contract terms and ensure alignment with ADP policies and goals.
• Develop training on contract terms and ADP positions for sales and legal teams.
• Manage risk and contribute to ADP’s contracting process innovation.
