Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its Business Integrity team, focusing on anti-corruption compliance and enterprise-wide ethics. You will provide legal counsel, conduct risk assessments, oversee investigations, and drive enhancements to the global compliance program.

You will independently handle high-risk matters, advise senior leaders, and influence decisions while partnering across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and HR to support compliance throughout the business lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar license.
• 7+ years of experience in anti-corruption compliance, investigations, or related areas.
• Deep knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and international anti-corruption laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted legal advisor on anti-corruption, ethics, and business conduct risks.
• Manage high-risk compliance matters involving global operations and major transactions.
• Lead due diligence reviews of third parties and business partners.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contractual safeguards.
• Oversee anti-corruption due diligence systems, workflows, and governance.
