Qualifications

• In-depth experience in insurance defense litigation and carrier billing guidelines.
• Excellent research and writing skills are required.
• Licensed to practice in Texas; 4–8 years of senior counsel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, from investigations to trial presentation.
• Manage rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses, case evaluation, and reporting.
• Oversee discovery, depositions, and strategic planning to meet client objectives.
