Prominent national firm in Downtown Los Angeles seeks a Senior Counsel (Partnership Track) with 8+ years of civil litigation experience across General Liability, Construction Defect, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Liability, and related areas. Hybrid or remote work options available.

You will join a collaborative team handling a wide array of civil matters from start to finish, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation, with a clear track toward Partnership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in civil litigation and related practice areas.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
• Trial and/or trial prep experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from inception to conclusion.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery.

Prominent national firm is expanding their CA office and seeking to add a Senior Counsel (Partnership Track) to their Down Town Los Angeles office. Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: General Liability, Construction Defect, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Professional Liability, Auto, Medical Malpractice, Toxic Tort, Product Liability. Option to work Fully Remote or Hybrid

You will work with a collaborative team on a wide array of civil litigation matters from start to finish.
