A leading technology company seeks a Senior Counsel to provide legal counsel on executive compensation and employee benefits. The candidate will manage complex legal issues, draft plan documents, and advise on compliance for benefit plans. Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in the relevant fields is required, along with a JD and admission to a state bar. This position offers a flexible work arrangement and a competitive salary range of $156,120 - $312,240.

The salary range above represents the low and high end in the local currency of Xerox’s salary range for this position and is reflected in an annualized amount. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, market competition, and/or the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The range listed is just one component of Xerox’s total compensation package for employees. Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits. Monthly rates for this position can be shared with you per your location, this rate will fall within the posted range.

This role requires a highly-motivated, energetic, and flexible in-house attorney to provide legal counsel to Xerox’s Total Rewards group on employee benefits and executive compensation.
The successful candidate can be based in the Company’s headquarters in Norwalk, CT, or in Webster, NY, but the Company will consider a remote work arrangement under certain circumstances.
