Qualificações

• Specialized knowledge of administrative, higher education, labor and employment, contract, cooperative agreements, fiscal, and government ethics.
• Lead or senior counsel experience in complex litigation.
• Ability to provide authoritative legal counsel and strategic advice to senior officials.
• Experience leading, directing, and mentoring a multidisciplinary legal team.
