Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Experience in regulatory, energy, administrative law, or litigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support base rate and regulatory proceedings.
• Draft and defend testimony, exhibits, and filings.
• Manage discovery, privilege reviews, and document production.
• Develop settlement positions and coordinate with leadership.
• Provide regulatory support across jurisdictions and with outside counsel.
• Lead or support use of regulatory tech and AI tools.
