Mastercard seeks a Senior Counsel/Director to lead legal support for stablecoin enablement within Transfer Solutions, reporting to Senior Managing Counsel. Senior Counsel/Director, Stablecoin Enablement
Transfer Solutions, a business unit within Mastercard’s Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) organization, delivers market-leading money movement. We are seeking a Senior Counsel/Director to lead legal support for stablecoin enablement. This role will provide proactive, globally coordinated legal guidance to support product development, enable responsible innovation, manage regulatory and commercial risk, and deliver practical solutions for the Transfer Solutions business. The position reports to the Senior Managing Counsel/Vice President, Cross Border Services and partners closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Regulatory, Commercialization, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
