  • Partner with Capital Formation, Capital Markets, Finance, Tax, Investmentand Development teams on corporate financing and capital‑raising transactions, including equity and debt financings.
  • Help maintain and improve corporate policies, approval frameworks, signing authorities, and legal processes that enable disciplined and efficient decision‑making.
  • Manage outside counsel and other legal service providers with clear accountability for scope, quality, timing, and cost.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive matters to resolution.
  • Commercially minded and solutions‑oriented, with the judgment to distinguish material risks from manageable ones and communicate advice clearly.
  • Comfort operating with significant autonomy while knowing when to escape, seek input, or bring in specialized expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior leaders and partners across Finance, Tax, Capital Formation, Investment, Development, and Operations.
