Job summary

CMBG3 Law LLC seeks a Senior Counsel to lead complex litigation matters, provide mentoring to junior attorneys, and deliver strategic oversight within the practice. The role emphasizes independent judgment, client relations, and high-quality service across diverse teams.

The position requires 7–10 years of litigation experience, a J.D., and active bar admission. Collaboration with Partners and management of day-to-day workflow are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to practice law and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar; admission in Massachusetts or Rhode Island preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft original motions, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents in complex matters.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses exchanged with multiple parties.
• Develop and advance case defenses, litigation strategy, and trial themes with autonomy.
