BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate or Counsel to join their office in Florham Park, NJ. This position focuses on complex commercial litigation and requires a candidate with at least 8 years of relevant experience and strong skills in insurance coverage.

The successful candidate will manage multifaceted cases, provide strategic counsel, and mentor junior associates while maintaining strong client relationships. A Juris Doctor degree and valid New Jersey Bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation and insurance coverage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Active and in good standing Bar admission in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters.
• Provide expert legal analysis and strategic advice.
• Draft comprehensive opinion letters on complex legal questions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior associates.
• Participate in business development initiatives.
