Compass Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a commercially experienced Senior Counsel, Commercial Legal & Compliance to report directly to the General Counsel.

This on-site role in Boston/Brighton, MA will lead the development of the company’s commercial legal and healthcare compliance infrastructure in preparation for a BLA submission and potential first product launch, with an expectation of 4 days on-site each week. The ideal candidate will have a J.D.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. from a top law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Massachusetts license preferred).
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in the life sciences industry (in-house or law firm).
• Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations (Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA promotional regulations, OIG guidance, PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, HIPAA).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of commercial legal and healthcare compliance infrastructure.
• Serve as primary legal advisor to Commercial and Medical Affairs functions.
• Structure and implement cross-functional promotional review and approval processes.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial agreements and transactions.
