Job summary

MyPrize, a fast-growing free-to-play social gaming and markets platform, seeks a Senior Counsel, Commercial to work alongside the General Counsel. You will negotiate and draft agreements powering partnerships, technology, payments, vendors, marketing, and strategic initiatives while providing practical legal protections. You will help build an in-house function aligned with business growth.

You’ll partner with Product, Partnerships, Finance, and Leadership to enable rapid scaling. A J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. with active license to practice law.
• 3+ years experience in commercial transactions.
• Experience at top-tier law firm or high-growth tech company.

Responsibilities

TheRole

As SeniorCounsel,Commercial ,you’llworkdirectlyalongsidetheGeneralCounselonthecompany’sday-to-daylegalmatters,servingasatrustedlegaladvisoracrossProduct,Partnerships,Finance,Marketing,Operations,Compliance,andExecutiveLeadership.You’llnegotiatesophisticatedcommercialagreements,identifylegalrisks,improvecontractingprocesses,andhelpthebusinessexecutequicklywhilemaintainingstronglegalprotections.

As the company continues to scale, you’ll help build a best‑in‑class in-house legal function that enables commercial growth while balancing practical business objectives and legal risk.
