Job summary

Redding Ridge Asset Management is seeking a Structuring & Advisory professional with deep CLO and structured finance experience to support CLO execution and fund-finance initiatives. You will liaise with banks, external counsel, and internal teams to manage documentation, answer investor questions, and advance next‑generation products across CLOs and related facilities.

A JD and a Bachelor's degree are required, with 5+ years of relevant practice; the position offers a base salary around

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of legal practice focusing on CLOs, structured finance, or fund securitizations.
Extensive drafting experience for complex CLO and finance transactions.
Strong understanding of CLO documentation and transaction mechanics.
Experience with Rated Feeders and CFOs preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage stakeholders.
JD and Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Liaise with bank structuring desks, external counsel, and internal teams during CLO execution with focus on documentation.
Address investor and rating agency questions.
Collaborate with the CLO Portfolio Management Team.
Contribute to developing next-generation fund finance products with internal and external partners.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and rating agencies for timely execution.
Manage external counsel relationships across Structuring & Advisory engagements.
Work with internal counsel and compliance to implement best practices throughout the CLO life cycle.
