The role entails guiding the compliance program on sanctions and trade controls, policy development, and advising on client diligence, regulatory inquiries, and risk-related issues within a large in-office environment. Qualificações

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school is required.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Industry-relevant experience commonly 8+ years.

• Performs significant and complex legal work and oversees legal research, analysis, consultation, and documentation.
• Manages outside counsel relationships and provides strategic guidance by combining external advice with internal stakeholder input.
