Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Counsel for Aerospace and North America to provide strategic legal counsel across the aerospace and government contracting landscape. This on-site role reports to the VP and GC in Washington, D.C. or New Port Richey, FL and supports cross-functional teams.

You will draft and negotiate varied contracts, ensure regulatory compliance with FAR/DFARS, and guide business leaders on risk management, with travel about 20%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in aerospace/defense, government contracting, manufacturing, or technology.
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one US state.
• Experience advising across North America in a multi-site environment.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and FAA/EASA frameworks; aerospace contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal advisor for Aerospace and North America functions; provide practical counsel on complex matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (sales, supply, services, technology, manufacturing, procurement).
• Advise on federal government contracting and aerospace regulatory compliance (FAR/DFARS, CAS, etc.).
• Partner with business leaders on high-value transactions, disputes, and risk management.
• Drive improvements in legal processes, templates, training, and tools.
