Job summary

NASCO is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to provide strategic legal and regulatory leadership for its SaaS healthcare technology company. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will negotiate complex technology agreements and advise on HIPAA and other healthcare laws.

The role is fully remote across the United States. The position requires a JD, active license to practice law, and 10+ years of experience, including in-house experience and SaaS licensing negotiations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law.
• 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Significant in-house legal department experience.
• Experience negotiating SaaS/licensing agreements.
• Knowledge of CMS programs preferred.

Responsibilities
