Tyson & Mendes in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Arizona insurance defense attorney with 8+ years of litigation. You'll own meaningful, complex work while receiving mentorship and support from leadership. Remote work opportunities are available, and an active Arizona Bar license is required.

This role emphasizes autonomy, teamwork, and high-value cases such as catastrophic liability, wrongful death, and other challenging litigation, with a boutique feel backed by a national platform.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Must be licensed in your state
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including litigation support, deposition and trial preparation
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Experience with time management systems
• Proficiency in MS Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
