Job summary

Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a senior COTS Integration Engineer to own configuration, integration, and identity workflows for the VA DCT program, including BHL Touch and Onboarding Application.

You will coordinate with COTS vendors, VA security staff, and program teams to ensure secure, compliant data flows and timely responses to policy changes.

This role supports an active VA program and may require travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with COTS vendors and contractors to implement ISO standards and integration technologies.
• Deep systems integration expertise, including configuration of forms-based COTS solutions and integrating COTS software via API.
• Experience configuring and managing user permissions and role-based access controls within a COTS application environment.
• Experience with SSOe/ID.me and troubleshooting authentication issues.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support grantee data quality reviews and provide data engineering and QA recommendations.
• Configure and integrate the BHL Touch COTS platform and Onboarding Application with APIs, coordinating with vendors on changes.
• Manage the Onboarding Application's identity and access workflows, including UDPaaS synchronization with the DCT.
• Troubleshoot SSOe/ID.me authentication and Power BI integration issues.
• Coordinate with COTS vendors and VA program teams to respond to policy changes and ensure secure data flows.
• Act as technical owner for BHL Touch within the VA DCT stack.
