Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support a portfolio of workplace, commercial, and capital improvement projects across North America. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, change management, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work with project teams, stakeholders, and external cost consultants to ensure cost management excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 7+ years in construction cost management.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, cost reporting and financial controls.
• RICS accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and final cost plan presentations.
• Review cost estimates with design teams and contractors.
• Coordinate cost information for discussions and decision-making.
• Manage cost checks and valuations on larger projects.
• Prepare monthly cost reports for client presentation.
