Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in cost management/project controls within mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, resilience requirements, and campus-scale infrastructure.
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost plans and estimates throughout project phases.
• Produce and present monthly cost reports and summaries to stakeholders.
• Lead procurement strategy development and contractor pricing reviews.
• Integrate cost with schedule and scope, coordinating with project controls.
