A global professional services company is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to oversee a mission-critical data center program in Frederick, Maryland. This key role focuses on delivering exemplary cost management services, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of governance and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost management within high-tech environments and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in cost management/project controls within mission‑critical environments.
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and campus-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost plans and estimates.
• Produce and present monthly cost reports to stakeholders.
• Lead procurement strategy development and contractor pricing reviews.
• Own change control throughout the lifecycle.
