Responsibilities

Develop independent cost estimates (ICEs) to support procurement and negotiations.
Evaluate change orders, claims, and cost risks to protect project value.
Support cost reporting, forecasting, and contingency management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost excellence.
