Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in cost estimating and preconstruction services.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings across all disciplines.
• Experience on projects ranging from $5 million to $100+ million.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates including conceptual, schematic design, and construction documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and cost analysis across major construction disciplines.
• Support monitoring of project budgets and cost control efforts during design development.
